City Cave FAQs
FRANCHISE BUSINESS
What are the benefits of a Franchise business?
One of the benefits of a franchise model is that it is tried and tested. In an economic landscape where more than 60% of small businesses cease to trade within three years, being part of a franchise makes sense.
A franchise is essentially a ready-made business. The benefits of a franchise business include a proven business model, instant brand recognition, training and support, access to resources, ongoing support, and an established customer base. Franchisees benefit from a well-established and tested business model, a respected brand name and support from the franchisor in all operations.
With a franchise you are still your own boss, but you’ll benefit from training and support plus an established brand with sophisticated systems and software. If you have a desire to own and operate your own venture — but have no business experience, and no clue where to start — a franchise might be the perfect solution.

The Franchising Code regulates the actions of franchising participants, ensuring you are properly informed about a franchise agreement before you enter into it, and aims to provide a cost-effective dispute resolution scheme for franchisees and franchisors.
In addition to the Code, franchisors and franchisees may have obligations under various other pieces of legislation, such as:

There is no such thing as a typical Franchisee. Our franchisees come from a variety of backgrounds and a wide range of personality types. You don’t need to be a business expert or an expert in float therapy, we will train you and equip you with the necessary skills to run your franchise.
If you believe that you can work successfully within a defined framework, support your fellow Franchisees in a positive and uplifting way and you truly value helping others and connecting with them, then City Cave is absolutely for you.
-
No! Most of our owners come to us with little to no experience working in health & wellness, some with no business experience either. We can train you in all aspects of the business and you have systems at City Cave to work within.
