BEFORE YOUR FIRST SAUNA
Getting ready for your first Infrared Sauna session?
Here’s what you need to know!
General Info
Please arrive 15 minutes early to your appointment for your induction and to watch the instructional video.
Be sure to sign the waiver before your appointment.
Be sure to be well hydrated one hour before your sauna. Each person's heat tolerance is different, but being properly hydrated will make it much more enjoyable.
The optimal temperature is between 48-53 degrees.
Each sauna is large enough to comfortably fit 2 people. *Couples saunas available
Each room has bluetooth connectivity so you can bring your own music or use the time to meditate, whichever you prefer. There is also a space to rest an iPad if you want to watch Netflix while you get your sweat on (although, we suggest using our saunas as a way to escape technology!)
What’s Provided
Drinking Water / Towels / Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash / Toiletries / Private rooms / Showers / Bluetooth connectivity
What to Bring
Hair Brush / Loose clothing to put on after your session / Your favourite podcast, Netflix or book / A water bottle (no glass) / An open mind
What to Avoid
- Caffeine, alcohol or other stimulants at least one hour prior to your Sauna
- Eating within an hour of your Sauna session
- Showering at least 30 min after your Sauna to experience the full benefit of the detoxification
