  • Most sessions are 45 minutes, however we do recommend that for your first experience to take it easy and to not ‘challenge’ yourself to handle it. You can do this by opening the door of the sauna and also stepping out if you are feeling tired, nauseous or light headed. If it is your first time using and infrared sauna with us at City Cave Monavale there is useful information here

  • Yes, City Cave Monavale offers couples floating. The Float Therapy room itself is spacious enough for 2 people. The Float pool itself about the size of a double bed. We also offer other unique couples experiences that are very popular as a healthy date night choice or a perfect gift for any occasion.
