Yes, certain therapists at City Cave Cleveland hold a remedial massage license and the massage can be claimable under your private health insurance with our HICAPS terminal in centre for on-the-spot rebates. To book Remedial please select the (205) Remedial option in the online booking process. We are also a registered NDIS provider.

Most sessions are 45 minutes, however we do recommend that for your first experience to take it easy and to not ‘challenge’ yourself to handle it. You can do this by opening the door of the sauna and also stepping out if you are feeling tired, nauseous or light headed. If it is your first time using and infrared sauna with us at City Cave Cleveland there is useful information here

Yes City Cave Cleveland offers couples floating. The Float Therapy room itself is spacious enough for 2 people. The Float pool itself about the size of a double bed. We also offer other unique couples experiences that are very popular as a healthy date night choice or a perfect gift for any occasion.

Cath and Mike are proud locals of the Redlands and City Cave is as personal as it gets for them. At 50, Mike suffered a life-threatening stroke, a moment that stopped them both in their tracks and shifted everything. It changed how they saw health, how they saw business, and how they wanted to spend their energy.
They came to understand the body's deep need to truly recover, not just physically, but at the level of the nervous system.
